Public Alpha A8.0 FINAL ALPHA

Added the final Alpha level, Level 4

Added Wander Based AI for Level 4

Sped up the player

Added Better Textures

AI refined further, less bethesda-y, no longer stops randomly during chase, stop fix is only on the wander AI.

All of the AI's will be Random Wander based for Beta

You can not technically beet level 4, the only way to  really beat it is to kill everything, and there is a lot.

Alpha has been a fun process and this is the farthest one of my games has ever gone, thank you to everyone who playtested, including:
